DJ AM AND TRAVIS BARKER FILE LAWSUIT

DJ AM And Travis Barker

Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein is joining friend Travis Barker in suing the company that owned the Learjet that crashed while they were passengers on it. The two pals were traveling back to Los Angeles California from South Carolina, when the jet failed to clear a runway, crashed and burst into flames. They were the only survivors. Four others died in the blaze. Both Goldstein and Barker suffered second and third degree burns. In new legal papers, obtained by TMZ.com, Goldstein is calling for $10 million in damages for medical bills, lost earnings and profits and other economic damages. He wants another $10 million for mental and physical pain and suffering.
