But Taylor, who suffers from diabetes and osteoporosis, appears to have recovered, despite being plagued with health problems over the last few years. She was first diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2004 and has undergone two hip replacement operations and the removal of a benign brain tumor in 1997.

"Nothing happened in a small way on this film… We had heat and torrential rains and equine flu and then I got pregnant. "Seven babies were conceived out of this film and only one was a boy. There is something up there in the Kununurra water because we all went swimming in the waterfalls, so we can call it the fertility waters now." She adds, "I had a birth that I was blessed with, a labor that was very good and a baby that was very good to me in that regard." And she’s loving every minute of motherhood: "To be given this again is a beautiful thing. To have raised (adopted children) Bella and Connor since I was 25 and now to be able to do it again at 41… wow!"

Halperin says, "Lynne is a spin doctor and a borderline manic-depressive. She wants to come across as very innocent, but she only rushed to Britney’s side when Britney had her emotional breakdown because there was a big rush for Britney’s fortune. "It’s ridiculous that she says she didn’t push both these kids into show business. (The parents) thought she would be a cash cow to set them up for their future." His book is scheduled to hit book stores next November.

The actor is sparking rumors that he would promote the label after he was pictured wearing the designer's suits at recent high-profile parties, including New York's Fashion Rocks event, Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards, and co-star Blake Lively's 21st birthday party. Reality television star Lauren Conrad has signed a three-book deal for a series of young adult fiction novels. Lauren has teamed up with publishers at Harper Collins for the series called L.A. Candy, which will be loosely based on her "transition from regular gal to a recognizable face." Conrad says, "I've always loved books that I could lose myself in, ones that would transport me to another place, but had characters I could relate to. I'm so excited to have this opportunity to write books like that for other readers." A spokesperson for Harper Collins insists the deal with Conrad is already creating waves in the literary world: "I've never seen a new project generate noise like the instant buzz that swept through our offices around this deal. "'The Hills' and Lauren Conrad are household names among our staff." Conrad's first book in the series is due to hit stores next summer.

Teri was horrified when a leaked version of her new Glamour column led to headlines about sex advice she has been giving her very young daughter. Glamour editor Jo Elvin says, "Quotes taken from Teri Hatcher's October British Glamour article have been grossly misreported and taken out of context by the worldwide media. "We are disappointed that the true meaning of the column, written by Teri, which is always heartfelt and thought-provoking, has been twisted in this way in order to manufacture a headline. False media claims report Teri telling her daughter to have great sex (and) eat the chocolate, but ... this mis-states Teri's words. "In fact, in her column, she said that this is 'not what I wanted my daughter to know at all.' "Teri Hatcher is a wonderful mother and the article truly represents great messages about living life as a woman and a mother with grace, humour and wisdom.
