Hollywood star Tara Reid is going to marry French fashion boss Julien Jarmoune after a whirlwind romance, according to media reports. The couple met while Reid was researching her new fashion line Mantra, and quickly fell for each other, claims the National Enquirer. A friend tells the tabloid, "Tara's really in love with this guy, and he's had an amazingly calming effect on her."And friends are crediting J & Company boss Jarmoune with changing Reid from a wild party girl into a mature businesswoman. The friend continues, "She's trying to clean up her reputation. Julien has definitely changed Tara for the better. It looks like she's finally gotten her act together.
