Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz confirmed after todays hearing: "Ms. Spears is reluctantly agreeing to extend the temporary (conservatorship)." Britney has enjoyed a string of personal successes since her father was awarded control over his troubled daughter’s estate - including extended access to her sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 17 months. Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan has also praised Jamie’s involvement in the case, insisting the reunion "couldn’t have happened without" his assistance.
