Sexy star Pamela Anderson is building her own eco-friendly hotel in the Arab city of Abu Dhabi.The former Baywatch television icon fell for the capital of the United Arab Emirates during a recent trip there with the Make a Wish Foundation charity. And she was persuaded into becoming a hotelier by the royal family there. She reveals, "I’m building a hotel there. It’s environmentally friendly. I went there with the Make a Wish Foundation and met some great people there, and the royal family was really friendly." And the environmentally-conscious star insists the hotel is kind to the earth: "It’s built with no fossil fuel at all….in Abu Dhabi - where they have all that oil."

BRITNEY SPEARS DAD UNDER CONTROL

Toxic Britney Spears will remain under the conservatorship of her dad Jamie until the end of this year, a California court ha s ruled.The singer was placed in her father’s care last February, following her hospitalization in January for an alleged bipolar disorder. According to the new court ruling, Spears’ estate and finances will remain under Jamie’s control until December 31st. Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz confirmed after todays hearing: "Ms. Spears is reluctantly agreeing to extend the temporary (conservatorship)." Britney has enjoyed a string of personal successes since her father was awarded control over his troubled daughter’s estate - including extended access to her sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 17 months. Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan has also praised Jamie’s involvement in the case, insisting the reunion "couldn’t have happened without" his assistance. Kaplan added of his positive influence on the singer: "We’re just very positive about it. Having her dad stabilizing everything is a good thing." A status hearing has been set for October 28th.

The Hollywood star's girlfriend Camila Alves swaddled tiny Levi as McConaughey hit the waves in Malibu, California on Saturday. Model Alves gave birth to Levi at a California hospital on July 7th. The surf-loving actor recently revealed the tot would be hitting the waves himself, as soon as he’s old enough. He told reporters, "He’ll be surfing next weekend. I can’t wait to get him out there."

The television star was hospitalized in New York after feeling faint on Sunday, just a month after he suffered a near-fatal heart attack. And Costner, who co-stars with the former Frasier actor in forthcoming movie Swing Vote, is rousing support for the 53-year-old. He says, "We know something’s going on with him. We’re thinking good thoughts for him. He’s one of our great comedic actors as well as dramatic. No one can get at him right now, so we just pray for him a little bit."

Pop superstar Madonna's alleged estranged brother Christopher Ciccone is accusing the singer of putting a strain on his relationship with their father, by forcing him to choose between the kids.Ciccone admits that his relationship with his sister has broken down since he published his explosive book - Life With My Sister Madonna - earlier this month. But he now alleges that since his tell-all tome on the singer was released, she has made their father Toby take sides, reportedly giving him an ultimatum to decide which side he is on in the bitter fight. Ciccone tells Britain’s Closer magazine, "The situation is now at its ugliest point, and I feel terrible for my father. Madonna’s asked him to choose between me or her - but he’s told her he won’t do that."I’ve reassured my father that I wasn’t trying to tear up the family, but I have every right to tell my side of things. I was disappointed that she thought I was going to ruin her. Of course I wasn’t! "She obviously doesn’t know me as well as I thought she did."
