Pop singer Jennifer Lopez is winning in her fight to keep her ex-hubby from releasing a movie about their short-lived marriage. A judge has granted a temporary ban blocking the film's production. Ojani Noa, who was married to the actress-singer between 1997 and 1998, is preparing a satirical documentary, entitled "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story," which includes footage the couple shot during their honeymoon. Lopez is claiming breach of contract and suing her ex for $10 million in damages, citing a confidentiality agreement he signed before their wedding promising not to publish details of their relationship. She has won the first round of her battle yesterday, when Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant agreed to issue a temporary ban.
