Pengantar : Direktori Webmapping Indonesia







Pengantar

Berbagai istilah untuk definisi suatu aplikasi "peta di internet" yang secara interaktif dapat diaplikasikan bermacam-macam. Webmapping, Webgis, atau lain-lainnya.
Dalam direktori ini ditampung berbagai aplikasi tersebut baik yang masuk "konvensional" berbasis "jpg, gif, swf", "svg" dll maupun sudah pada tahap "operasi" interaktif dengan perangkat lunak tertentu. Berbagai macam aplikasi tersebut menyajikan peta secara tematik. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk aplikasi webmapping/peta di internet/webgis bermacam-macam, diantaranya : ESRI ArcIMS, Autodesk Mapguide, Mapinfo MapXtreme, Geomedia Webmap, Java, Demis, Mapserver, "buatan sendiri", PHP/Mapscript dll. Direktori Webmapping ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi aplikasi tersebut yang berkembang di Indonesia.

Direktori merupakan identifikasi aplikasi web mapping di Indonesia dengan berbagai kriteria dan perangkat lunak pendukungnya.
Direktori mencakup aplikasi webmapping/webgis dan peta di internet/interaktif

Direktori ini dibuat sebagai langkah awal dalam pelaksanaan Web Mapping Contest Indonesia 2005/2006

Direktori ini merupakan panduan dan akses aplikasi yang terkait ke ke situs pemerintah, swasta, perguruan tinggi, software house, individu dll.

Kriteria akan dipilah lagi menjadi :

LAUREN CONRAD DROPS FASHION LINE

Hollywood star Lauren Conrad's plans to try out the fashion world have been stalled. "The Hills" actress has canned her upcoming collection due to the global credit crunch. Lauren personality launched her clothing line, The Lauren Conrad Collection, in 2007 following her success on the hit MTV show. But her line soon hit trouble after celebrity favorite store Kitson in Hollywood dropped it when the star's designs failed to catch on with shoppers. Now, Conrad has pulled all plans to launch a spring/summer line, and has put her designs on hold for the immediate future. Her representative tells New York gossip column Page Six, "With everything going on in the economy and in her life, she wants to rework her line and offerings. She will make announcements soon."

HEATHER LOCKLEAR ON MELROSE PLACE

Hollywood actress Heather Locklear won't be part of the new "Melrose Place" , because she's not convinced writers can find a way of bringing her character Amanda Woodward back. Locklear was considered for the remake of the drama, but she has turned down an offer to join the cast. A source tells EW.com, "There wasn't a way to bring her back that made sense." The star's reps have confirmed Locklear has declined the offer to return to the role. The new show, which is will hit Television later this year, will feature new mother Ashlee Simpson and former teen icon David Cassidy's daughter Katie. Meanwhile, another former "Melrose Place" star, Lisa Rinna, is going to extremes to land a role in the beloved TV series' remake. She's even hitting the streets of Los Angeles California to drum up support. The actress recently confessed she'd do anything to appear on the sure to be hit show, and proved it on Wednesday by urging motorists to "honk" for her. Rinna, who played Taylor McBride on the original series, worked the corner of Melrose Avenue and Melrose Place with placards stating, "Honk for Lisa Rinna on the new Melrose Place."

JESSICA ALBA PLANS MORE CHILDREN

Hollywood star Jessica Alba loves being a new mother so much that she's reportedly trying for another child with hubby Cash Warren. The happy pair welcomed daughter Honor Marie into the world last June, and Alba has taken to the role of full-time parent. She has said in the past that she wants more than one child, and sources are claiming she has put her career on hold to try and conceive once again. A source tells the National Enquirer, "Jessica and Cash are working overtime to get pregnant. She and Cash are boasting that they love being parents and are determined to expand their family as soon as possible."
